Adjunct Clinical Instructor - Discussion Group Leder

General Description :
St. Louis College of Pharmacy is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct instructor position to facilitate and lead weekly Therapeutics discussions of a small group (approximately 25 students) on selected Therapeutic topic throughout the semester. Selected candidates will be asked to facilitate/lead each weekly session throughout a given semester.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
· Provide dynamic and effective teaching within a small group discussion of Therapeutics for students in the 4th or 5th year (2nd or 3rd year in the professional program).
· Assist with the assessment of student performance during the discussion session, quizzes, and exams throughout the semester.
· Demonstrate commitment to the profession, student-centered learning, and service to society.
Qualified candidates will possess a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree, with evidence of skills related to the contemporary practice of pharmacy. Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
