Advancement Coordinator, Alumni Relations

General Description :

Responsible for providing needed support resources to Alumni Relations and Development area of Advancement division.

Responsibility :

-Provide support to Director of Alumni Relations  and Development Office as needed.
-Enter and maintain event records in the College's donor database (Raiser's Edge), updating biographical information on alumni records, entering actions on constituent records, and pulling queries for mailing and alumni lists.
-Manage alumni webpages and social media pages
-Collaborate with the Marketing department on social media and e-marketing practices
-Assist with written and e-communications to alumni, including mail merges
-Assist in the planning and implementation of alumni events
-Assist with planning and managing the Alumni Golf Classic.
-Manage Gold Alumni Chapter communications and events
-Manage event RSVPs and attendee follow up
-Assist in preparation for board and committee meetings
-Support the corporate and foundation giving officer with preparing ask letters, case for supports, grant applications, and reports.
 

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong Microsoft Office, writing, and editing skills
• Experience with Content Management Systems, Adobe Suite, and donor management software
• Strong organizational skills
• Capable of handling multiple tasks
