The College is committed to nurturing a healthy lifestyle and providing a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment for all students to achieve their health goals.

Physical fitness is part of a healthy lifestyle that supports student success and emotional well-being. Maintaining healthy habits in college through strength or cardiovascular training, intramurals or club sports helps create positive outcomes for long-term success.

  • Student Fitness Center – provides students with the they need to stay active and healthy
  • Intramurals – allows students to come together a share their passion for sports
  • Club Sports – give students an opportunity to have fun as a member of a competitive team

Staying active allows students to serve as an example to their future patients, learn what it’s like to be a part of a team and reduce stress – all while having fun.

Students also have opportunities to participate in NAIA Division I athletics and compete in 13 intercollegiate sports.
