Group Fitness

Group fitness classes allow students to challenge themselves physically while working out with their peers. The College’s fitness classes change each semester, however, previous classes have included Zumba and yoga.

Yoga
Every Tuesday, 5-6 p.m.
Group Exercise Room, RAS

Sessions run through the spring semester from Tuesday, Feb.5-Tuesday, April 23 (except Tuesday, April 19) and cost $50 per semester or $7 per session.

Start a Class

Students can create a class based on their individual passions and interests.
