Alumni and colleagues are invited to join us on campus for lunch followed by a 30-minute faculty lecture, by Dr. Patrick Finnegan, B.S. '02, Pharm.D. '03, associate professor, Pharmacy Practice and clinical specialist, Internal Medicine at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. The lecture, "Why do we need two strengths of flu vaccine?", will be worth .5 contact hours of CE credit for pharmacists who participate in this activity. At the completion of the activity, participants will be able to compare and contrast the standard quadrivalent vaccine and the high-dose trivalent vaccine.

A catered lunch buffet will be offered from 11:30 a.m. -12 p.m. for a cost of $12. Guests are also welcome to bring their own lunch and attend at no cost. The program will be held in room 220 of the Recreation and Student Center. Parking will be available in the College's garage at 4531 Children's Place. Guests wishing to receive CE credit for these programs should bring their NABP numbers.

Pharmacists participating in this program can receive .5 contact hours (0.05 CEU) of knowledge-based CPE credit. Partial credit cannot be awarded. CPE credit will be reported on participants’ behalf by the College to NABP through the CPE Monitor system. For credit to be awarded, participants must report their NABP profile ID number and date of birth upon signing in at the time of the event. An evaluation for the event will be distributed for participants to complete onsite. Confirmation of CPE credit will not be sent until the program evaluation is completed.
