Professional (P1) Admission

We are so happy to welcome you into the professional program at STLCOP. These next steps will help guide you through the professional transfer admission process and prepare you for success at the College.

Accepted Student Next Steps

Now that you've been accepted as a professional transfer student, there are a few things you can take care of right now:

  1. Submit Your Deposit
Once you submit your $300 enrollment deposit and Intent to Enroll form, you can register for New Student Orientation and apply for housing and parking.
  2. Complete the FAFSA
It’s important to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. The FAFSA gives you
access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for your education. Access the FAFSA at

Before you begin classes, there are a few more steps to take.

  1. Submit Your Final Transcripts
Contact your previous school(s) to request to have your official transcripts sent to the College. Mail all documents to the Office of Admissions at 4588 Parkview Place, St. Louis, MO 63110.
  2. Register for Orientation
While you may have visited campus, New Student Orientation is your first introduction to the College as a student. During orientation, we will help you take care of all the details like registering for classes, getting your student ID and applying for parking. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about our curriculum and get to know your classmates!
  3. Apply for Housing (optional)
South Residence Hall offers flexible, apartment-style living for professional students who want the convenience of living on campus. Housing applications will be available online. Living on campus is optional for professional students. For additional questions, contact Maryam Ouechani, Coordinator of Residence Life: or 314.446.8164.
  4. Apply for Parking
Students have the ability to park on campus. Parking applications will be reviewed after your enrollment deposit is received, on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking assignments are subject to availability, so it is best to apply early.
  5. Submit Your Health Form
As a new student, you will need to complete a health form before enrolling in classes. You can access the health form online.
