Events and Rentals

St. Louis College of Pharmacy is home to more than 35 rooms and spaces that may be reserved for events including meetings, seminars, conferences, summer camps, or social events.

Our campus is located in St. Louis' Central West End (CWE) neighborhood in the heart of the Washington University Medical Campus, one of the nation's most preeminent biomedical complexes. Just steps from campus, you will find access to the CWE MetroLink stop, and parking is available.

For any type of event, our in-house caterer provides a wide variety of options ranging from coffee and fresh fruit to hors-d'oeuvres or even multi-course, plated dinners.

Available Rooms and Spaces

Spaces in our newly renovated buildings range from multi-purpose event rooms to auditoriums and are capable of accommodating numerous types of events.

  • Academic and Research Building: Features technologically advanced classrooms, the library and plenty of flexible gathering and forum space.
  • Jones Hall: Home to more than a dozen classrooms and administrative offices.
  • Recreation and Student Center: Houses all student services, a 220-bed residence hall, new dining facilities and meeting rooms.
  • South Residence Hall: Includes 330 beds. The first floor is also home to Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A.

Students, faculty and staff must request spaces and submit reservations through the campus reservation system EMS. In EMS, you may browse and search for available rooms, and request spaces and services. For questions, contact the Office of Institutional Events at events@stlcop.edu.
