To keep prices low, orders will be processed on a periodic basis. Once there are enough orders to qualify for bulk printing & shipping, your order will be placed with our vendor. Please be patient. If you would like your order immediately, additional changes will apply.

1. Print out and review the Eutectic apparel order form.
2. Choose the style, size, color and quantity of your choice on the form.
3. Calculate your total, including an additional $8.00 per item for shipping.
4. Include check, money order, or Visa or Mastercard information along with the order form and mail to:
