How does STLCOP create and sustain a nurturing and enriching environment to ensure the professional and personal growth of students, faculty, staff, and alumni?
- Identify the desired culture that will enable the College to achieve its strategic mission.
- Assess the current culture, its strengths and areas for improvement, and identify the behaviors that should be retained within the culture and the behaviors that are needed to move forward.
- Develop a strategy and systems (both human capital and facilities) that will produce the desired positive human behaviors, interactions, and shared values that enable the College to achieve the desired culture.
- Position the College to be a model of diversity in the community* and the profession.

- Develop policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure broad and inclusive recruitment and retention of diverse faculty, staff , and students.

- Establish a professional and career development center on campus to assist students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
